Mandatory requirements for all types of Visas:
1. Online form filled up, signed and with uploaded photo (along with the pasted photo). Kindly upload a proper, clear (60% face area) photo with white background, no modelling and blurred poses .
2. Passport ( having validity left for at least 6 months or the period for which VISA is sought)
3. The Original bank receipt of the payment made in cash at the bank counter;
4. Self-addressed envelope;
5. An authorization, signed, mentioning your complete address and the personal details to return your passport and visa back to you.
6. Copy of RNE (Only for non-Brazilian nationals). RNE must be issued at least 2 years back ( for business, employment and student visas in order to avoid referral charges and time)

Letter of clerance from Ministry of Home affairs for restricted areas( if tour is to the restricted areas)
