E-Visa (Electronic Travel Authorization – ETA)
The e-Visa is a paperless electronic authorization that permits foreign nationals to travel to India for tourism, business, medical treatment, conferences, or as medical attendants.
The entire process, including payment of fees, is conducted online, without the need to visit or contact the Embassy or Consulate. The e-Visa is processed and approved solely by the Immigration authorities in India.
Embassies and Consulates have no role in its issuance. For applying for a regular visa at the Consulate, please click here.
