Lata Mangeshkar Dance Music Scholarship Scheme 2026-27 (100 slots).
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is pleased to announce 100 slots globally under its prestigious scholarship scheme for the academic year 2026–27.
The ICCR Scholarship Scheme is a flagship initiative of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, aimed at promoting cultural exchange and strengthening educational ties between India and partner countries, including Brazil. The program offers international students the opportunity to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies at leading Indian universities and institutions.
(I) 75 slots to pursue studies in Indian Culture including Dance and Music, Theatre, performing art, Sculpture, Indian Language, Indian Cuisine etc. with restriction of 10 slots to each country.
(ii) 25 slots to pursue one year diploma course in Yoga in the following 4 institutes with the restriction of maximum 2 slots to each country.
a) Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Uttarakhand
b) Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala, Maharashtra
c) Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi
d) Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Bangalore
. Slots would be offered don first-cum-first basis
Diploma in Yoga for One Year in the above mentioned 04 Institutes against 25 slots at (ii) above
The ICCR scholarships provide students a unique opportunity to experience India’s rich academic environment, vibrant cultural heritage, and dynamic society. Scholars will also benefit from exposure to India’s diverse traditions, languages, and contemporary innovations.
